RMA/Cancellation Request

Please read the following agreement before filling out the RMA Form.

Your RMA (Return Materials Authorization) is only valid if returned within 7 days of being issued. A copy of our email containing the RMA Number must support any claims and the exterior of the package must be clearly labeled with the RMA Number.

Cancellations and Returns

Customer must notify ADX in writing of any damage, shortage, or other discrepancy to products within 10 days after delivery. After the 10th day Customer is deemed to have accepted the Products and may not revoke acceptance. If the order is cancelled you must return the products to us at your own expense. You must ensure that the products are packaged adequately to protect against damage and must have tracking information. If you fail to take reasonable care of the products before they are returned to us, and this results in damage or deterioration, we will charge you for the reduction in value. This cancellation policy does not affect your legal rights — for example, if goods are faulty or not as described. All cancellations are subject to a 25% re-stocking charge, at the sole discretion of ADX Components, Inc.

If goods are sent out and are damaged, defective, or you received the incorrect part or quantity, then notification must be made in writing within 10 days. We will either collect the part(s) and replace it or ask you to return the part(s) and on our freight account. A valid RMA must accompany the returning item(s).

If a replacement for the original item is not available, an alternative item will be offered or company credit will be issued. All returns are subject to a 25% re-stocking charge, at the sole discretion of ADX Components, Inc. If an item that is returned with a fault and is found to have no fault, the item will be returned to the customer at the customer's expense ($17.50 for any item, this is to cover Shipping and handling costs. An administration charge will also be applied for any items returned under false pretences or without a valid RMA number.

Returned Products must be in original manufacturer's shipping cartons or equivalent must be in full package quantity unless written approval by ADX Components, Inc.
